Winter Delights at Bistro du Vin

Available from 18 November 2024, Bistro du Vin invites you to savour the flavours of a classic French winter.

Begin your meal with Coquilles Saint-Jacques (S$32++), featuring tender baked scallops in a luxurious lobster and mushroom cream sauce. For a touch of Burgundy tradition, try the Œufs Meurette à la Truffe (S$35++)—a poached egg in red wine, smoked bacon, pearl onions, and winter black truffles.

For mains, the Ragoût de Légumes d’Hiver (S$30++) is a comforting winter vegetable stew served with pilaf rice, or dig into the hearty Hachis Parmentier (S$44++), a rich ragout of beef, lamb, pork, mushrooms, and carrots topped with gratinated mashed potatoes.

End on a sweet note with Crêpes Suzette (S$20++), traditional pancakes flambéed in a Grand Marnier and butter sauce, served with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.

Peperoni Pizzeria unveils this season’s quarterly specials — Jingling Ducking — bringing festive joy to the table! Available from 1 November 2024 to 16 February 2025, we’re offering two delightful duck dishes.

The Black Truffle Gnocchi with Duck Rillettes (S$28++) is a hearty main, pairing fluffy potato gnocchi with savoury duck rillettes and crispy duck skin, all tossed in black truffle sauce and topped with grated parmesan. For sharing, try the Smoked Duck with Raspberry Mint Dressing Pizza (M S$21++, L S$27++, XXL S$62++), featuring smoked duck and white button mushrooms, with a sweet-tangy raspberry mint dressing and orange zest that captures the spirit of Christmas.
