A NEW SEASON BECKONS

A new season brings about change, and Bistro du Vin is excited to welcome Chef Peter Teo as their new Chef de Cuisine. Formerly the Executive Chef of Bistro du Vin and Bâtard, Hong Kong, and La Strada’s Chef de Cuisine for a brief season, Chef Peter’s diverse experience has largely inspired his culinary creations.

Following his return to Bistro du Vin, Chef Peter will be introducing his repertoire of dishes as part of the brand new Autumn à la carte menu.

Take your taste buds on a gastronomic journey through France with the Pigeon Fumé ($30++), which features a cold salad of hay smoked pigeon accompanied with a medley of vegetables followed by hearty mains like the Homard ($42++), Turbot Grillé ($110++), or Epaule D’agneau Rotie ($98++). BRINGING BACK YOUR OLD FAVOURITES FROM THE DEAD

This Halloween, two of Peperoni’s eerie-sistable pizzas will be brought back from the grave to satisfy your cravings!

Prepare yourself for the frightful return of the Salmone Pizza (M, $19 | L, $24 | XXL, $55) that comes slathered in blood-red tomato sauce and topped with salmon, capers, and caramelised onions. For those who are more inclined towards ghostly white-based pizzas, go for the Bacon Miele Pizza (M, $24.61 | L, $32.10) that is packed full of sweet and savoury flavours.

Find the Salmone Pizza at all our outlets from 16 October to 7 November 2021. For those terrified of leaving the house, it will be exclusively available on Deliveroo from 16 October to 19 October 2021 before our other delivery platforms. Prepare your bellies for a scrumptious feast as LINO Pizza & Pasta Bar has launched their new mouth-watering specials!

This October, whet your appetite for the Risotto Al Granchio ($34++), which features tender crab claws and sweet Manila clams atop creamy seafood-infused Arborio rice. THE END OF A CHAPTER

After 23 years of operations, Casa Verde will be closing their doors on 12 September 2021 (last order: 2.30 pm).

All good things may come to an end, but the memories will always stay with us. We want to thank everyone for the many meals shared, for filling up the space with heartwarming laughs, for allowing us to serve you good food, and lastly, for letting us call this little “Green House” home all these years.

Even though we’re closing Casa Verde, we have a new concept opening soon in Botanic Gardens – Cluny Food Court! Stay tuned for more information.
